Mom's Lumpia Platter

In honor of Jason's mom Susan, we're serving up a recipe inspired by her time living in the Philippines! Three big ol' crispy beef, pork + veggie filled lumpia rolls, served with crunchy shrimp chips, sweet chili sauce, and marinated tomatoes.
