Welcome to The Hog Wild Kitchen

We're Jason & Lauren! Together we create adventurous, delicious meals using seasonal produce, locally sourced meat, and regional hardwoods for a truly Pacific Northwest flavor. Join us at the Tin Hat Bar & Grill Sundays from 5 til 9pm!

 

 

We're doing a Cinco de Mayo special preorder, available this May 5th at the Tin Hat only!! We're smoking up a NY strip loin and serving it up in generous portions with beans, rice, tortillas, and pico de gallo. Limited quantities available, click the link below soon to place your reservation!
